GREETINGS:

In the name of the Commonwealth, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town of Ashby, qualified to vote in elections and town affairs, to meet at the Ashby Elementary School Auditorium in said Ashby, Monday, the twenty-fourth day of April, 2000, next, at 12:00 NOON, to give in their votes on one ballot for the following officers:

MODERATOR, One year, to fill vacancy

SELECTMAN, Three years

TAX COLLECTOR, Three years

ASSESSOR, Three years

CONSTABLE, One year, to fill vacancy

3 LIBRARY TRUSTEES, Three years

BOARD OF HEALTH, Three years

CEMETERY COMMISSIONER, Three years

PLANNING BOARD, Five years

TREE WARDEN, One year

PARK COMMISSIONER, Three years

The polls will open at 12:00 NOON, and shall close at 7:30 p.m.

And you are hereby directed to serve this warrant by posting an attested copy in three (3) public places in said Ashby at least seven days before holding of said election.

Hereof, fail not, and make due return of this warrant with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk at the time and place of election aforesaid.
