The Town Clerk picked up the warrant at 6:30 a.m.

Election Officers on duty and duly sworn were as follows: Betty Ann Tiilikkala, Marie Moakley, Leona Sanford, Edna Jamnback, Sibyl Hayes, Waldemar Tiilikkala, and Bertha Tiilikkala, Clerk.

The polls opened at 7:00 a.m.

At the close of the polls, the checkers’ tally sheets read 219 Democratic voters, 367 Republican voters and 2 Libertarian voters had cast a ballot, for a total of 588.
