FOUND a stray Goat - (Home found for Goat)
8 - Calls for loose Animals on Public Roads
2 - Reports of Animals being treed by dogs (1 Fisher Cat, 1 Raccoon)
Several - Reports of Animals living in unsatisfactory conditions.
Non-Livestock Calls (Wild)
3 - Reports of Animals Attacking. ( 1 Skunk fighting with a dog, 2 Squirrel attacking a Cat, 3 Beaver attacking a Boy)
Tested for Rabies this year in Ashby, 1 Bat, 1 Dog Both not Rabid
Report of three Moose on Rindge Road and a strange large Bird dead on West State Road.
Found Dead, Dying Or had to be Destroyed

Confirmed cases of Rabies in Massachusetts this year. Cats 14, Cattle 1, Skunk 248, Foxes 12, Bats 18, Raccoon 187, Rodents 17, Other Wild 1. Total for this year 498 (Total last year 282)
