GREETINGS:

In the name of the Commonwealth, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants if the Town of Ashby, qualified to vote in elections and town affairs, to meet at the Ashby Elementary School Auditorium in said Ashby, Monday, the twenty-sixth day of April, next, at 7:00 a.m., to give in their votes on one ballot for the following officers and question:

SELECTMAN, Three years

ASSESSOR, Three years

3 LIBRARY TRUSTEES, Three years

BOARD OF HEALTH, Three years

PLANNING BOARD, Five years

PLANNING BOARD, Two years

CEMETERY COMMISSIONER, Three years

PARK COMMISSIONER, Three years

TREE WARDEN, One year

3 REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT COMMITTEE NORTH MIDDLESEX, Three years

QUESTION 1. DEBT EXCLUSION

Shall the Town of Ashby be allowed to exempt from the provisions two and one half, so called, the amounts required to pay for the bond issued in order to finance the Town’s share of the costs of designing, engineering and constructing a new roof at the North Middlesex Regional School District?

The polls will open at 7:00 a.m., and shall close at 8:00 p.m.

And you are hereby directed to serve this warrant by posting an attested copy in three (3) public places in said Ashby at least seven days before holding of said election.

Hereof, fail not, and make due return of this warrant with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk at the time and place of election aforesaid.
