Ashby Center Sewer Study
The Planning Board has engaged the Montachusett Regional Planning Commission to conduct a study of the feasability of public sewer in the town center. The study will cover the area from Ashby Elementary School to Turnpike Rd. and a smaller core area around the Town Common. Map of proposed area. Scope of Services
Approval Not Required (ANR)
If you wish to divide your land
into two or more parcels you are probably going need us to sign
an ANR plan.
Subdivision Control
If you wish to divide your land
into a number of building lots but don't have enough road
frontage you will probably come under Subdivision Control.
